Exceptional my stay at Aparthotel Ponent Mar customer support helped me have a new key After i asked for support. The breakfast and food stuff in general was perfect. All of the staff I contacted have been extremely nice.

I have booked the room for 4 days with my fiance. Beds were comfortable and the room was usually pretty clean. Staff members were being pretty helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and the shower was good. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the personnel at the reception were available at every hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests were being generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Really pleasant hotel and great area. Surely will recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel, every little thing is very near. Staff members are tremendous welcoming and useful and speak wonderful English. You can find activities each and every night and it´s a very good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s pretty slight. Good value for the money!

I have booked the room for two days with my wife. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was always clean up. The employees were being quite useful and pleasant and always made us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a really social hotel at least all along our stay.
